BULLETIN: Blissfield Parade of Lights 2013 cancelled due to snow

Due to continuing snowfall blanketing the village of Blissfield amid a winter storm, the 2013 Parade of Lights originally scheduled for tonight (Dec. 14) has been cancelled, according to Blissfield Chief Jane Kelley.
