Voters in Monroe and Lenawee counties will each have a separate ballot proposal to vote on May 3. Lenawee County residents will be asked to approve a measure that will raise the 911 surcharge on phone lines from $1.18 per line to $3 per phone line. Monroe County voters have a regional enhancement millage renewal for the Monroe Intermediate School District of .9866 mills.
