Blissfield possible site for toy tractor museum

By Melissa Burnor

The Blissfield Village Council gave its support to a concept of a toy tractor museum that could draw people to Blissfield.

A group known as the Tri-County Historical Society is looking for land options for a museum site for large collection of toy tractors. One of those land options could be the site of the former Home Canning Company owned by the village of Blissfield.

Blissfield village administrator Jim Wonacott said that the collection of model and toy tractors already available to the society could exceed $1 million in value.
