Blissfield High School’s agriculture class is back with their annual FFA sale over the next few weeks, selling an assortment of flowers, plants, and vegetables that they’ve worked hard to grow over the past several weeks.
“We started our process about two months ago, and it took about a month and a half to grow everything here in our greenhouse,” Blissfield student Hannah Gust said. “We watched everything often, making sure the greenhouse was a good temperature and everything was taken care of.”
The options are plenty, as they sell hanging baskets, patio pots, hanging flower pouches, perennials, sweet potato vines, jalapenos, and much more.
The FFA sale began on Friday, May 15, and the sale will run the next two weekends, or until sold out.
Friday, May 22 and Friday, May 29 the sale will be from 3-6 p.m., and on the weekends of May 23-24, and May 30-31, the sale will go from 10-6 p.m.
